"Jenn was a HUGE asset to have on our side when selling our home. Her knowledge of the current market, expertise at finding great comparable properties, and attention to detail helped us to sell our house much quicker than we expected. We were impressed from our first meeting with her. She came well prepared, explained the process of selling very clearly, and even had an initial market value available for us because she had done so much work prior to even being hired. Jenn spent a lot of time finding a handful of good comps after our initial meeting to help price our home. This was not an easy task since our home and property had a lot of features that weren't easily found on the market at the time. She hosted an open house the first weekend it was on the market, and we were under contract because of this. The details she included in preparing our home for showings were above and beyond. She staged our home, included professional photography, set up an information station on our counter, and even posted small frames with information about unique features in our home for when other realtors showed the home. Her communication with us throughout the whole process was through and prompt. We would HIGHLY recommend Jenn and her husband, Mike, if you are looking to sell your home."
